Where It All Began. How Struggles with Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD Birthed a Brand

What makes us different? We are a Christian and Mental Health brand that provides space and recognition for spiritual and mental growth and healing. Our identity is not rooted in our past, present, future, anxiety, depression, or failures, but in hope. 

My Purpose.

Let me start by saying, I am nothing without God. But because I have Him, I know exactly who I am, the bible tells me so. I was made in the image and likeness of God which means that everything He is, I can be made, purified, and refined to be. 

I always used to tell myself I had no relationship with God because I didn't have any struggle stories... boy if I only knew what was coming. Back to back to back I experienced an abusive relationship, a traumatic concussion, post-concussion syndrome for 2 years, my best friend died, then COVID hit and I was sent to college to have a completely isolated experience, all while dealing with undiagnosed anxiety and depression. After this, I gained resurfaced contact with my abuser, and I started working a job that was brutal on my body that gave me health issues as I developed separation anxiety from my support system. But what I didn't see was God working in me through it all. Bringing me from drowning in the storms of life all so that I can serve my generation and fulfill my purpose on earth. 

So, here I am helping you to swim to the surface, one step at a time through practical tools and tips to help you manage your health from home and reminding you that it is worth it to hold on. <3
